Share film with a recruiter

Mint a guest link to a playlist or a single touch — what the recruiter sees, and how to turn a link off.

A share link lets someone outside the team — a recruiter, a grandparent — watch a reel with no account and no sign-in. The link is the whole key: it opens exactly that playlist and nothing else in your program.

Share a playlist

  1. Build the playlist (how) on Film → Playlists.
  2. Press Share externally. The link is minted and copied — "Anyone with it can watch this playlist."
  3. Paste it into your email or text. Pressing the button again hands back the same link, so everyone you send it to sees the same reel.

Who can share: whoever made the playlist, or any coach. Minting external links is part of the paid passes (plans and passes).

Share a single touch

The share icon on any touch row (or clip row) mints a one-clip guest link the same way — a family member sharing their kid's kill is exactly the point.

What the recruiter sees

A clean page with the playlist name, the clip count, and a player that walks the reel clip by clip — no navigation into your team's app, no sign-in prompt. Each clip shows the player and skill plus any coach note, and they can Download clip or Download all as mp4. Links unfurl with a proper preview card in texts and email.

Turning a link off

Press Revoke next to the share button: "Anyone holding it loses access immediately." A visitor on a dead link sees only "This link isn't active" — nothing about what it used to be. Sharing again later mints a fresh link.

Single-clip and full-match links have their own switch. The moment you copy one there's a Turn off right on the confirmation; after that, every link you've sent lives under Account › Shared links, with a Turn off next to each. Coaches see every link minted in their program there, with who sent it, and can pull any of them.

Share links don't expire on a timer — they live until you revoke them (or delete the playlist). The video inside is served on short-lived URLs, so nothing downloadable outlives your control except clips the viewer already saved.
