Plans and passes

What's free for the whole season, what each pass unlocks, the allowances — 20 a month free, 150 a year with a pass — and how billing works.

The model in one line: film belongs to the team, insight belongs to the player, tools belong to the coach.

Free for every team, for the whole season

  • Your first three matches and first practice process fully open — every stat, for everyone.
  • After that, matches keep processing free — up to twenty a month, see Allowances below: the film, every rally, and the score stay open to the whole team. What locks without a pass is the per-player breakdown — who touched the ball, grades, and stats.
  • Watching, playlists, likes, and comments stay free for the whole season.

The passes

  • Player Pass ($19/mo, $199/yr) — one named player's full breakdown: graded touches, stats and trends, badges, auto-cut highlights, downloads and reels — seen by everyone linked to that player (the player, both parents, whoever paid).
  • Staff Pass ($49/mo, $499/yr) — covers your coaching staff, up to four people, each seeing the whole roster's breakdown, plus team analytics, trends, and data exports. Your coaches are covered automatically; the buyer or the team owner can hand-pick the seats on the Account page if the wrong people end up covered.
  • Full Team Pass ($99/mo, $999/yr) — everyone on the roster sees everything.

Every pass covers matches and practice. There is no separate practice tier to buy: while any pass is live on your team — a single Player Pass included — practice sessions process on upload alongside matches, out of the same allowance.

Allowances

Uploading is never the thing that is metered — film is always accepted. What counts is the breakdown.

  • Free tier: 20 matches per calendar month, per team, on top of the three that stay open all season. A match past that month's line is stored, not lost: it breaks down on its own as soon as the month has room, and a pass runs it right away. Practice past your free first one is stored the same way, and runs as soon as any pass is live.
  • Paid: one shared pool of 150 breakdowns per rolling year, per team — matches and practice sessions together. That is past a full season for any one team, and the meter above the upload dropzones always shows where you stand.
  • Failed or cancelled runs give the slot back.

Buying and managing

On the Account page, the Plan card shows each team's standing; Upgrade opens the pass list and checks out through Stripe in a new tab. Use the same email you sign in with and the pass lands on the right team automatically. Billing (cancel, change card, receipts) is self-serve through the Stripe billing portal linked from your receipt emails; cancelling keeps the pass through the period you paid for.

Every match already processed stays exactly as it was — lapsed passes never take away film, and your first three matches stay open all season.
